خطة العلاج توضع حسب الحالة حيث انها من الممكن ان تكون تحفظية، تداخل جراحي بسيط تحت التخدير الموضعي في العيادة، أو عملية كبرى تحت التخدير العام

العناية ما قبل العملية

للحالات التي تحتاج جراحة، يتم العناية بالتاريخ الطبي و الامراض المزمنة و جعلها باحسن وضع ممكن للسماح بعملية سلسة و بمحصلة مرغوبة. بالنسبة للعمليات الكبرى يتم الاستعانة باطباء التخدير

توضح التفاصيل أبتداءا من وصف الحالة، خطةات العملية، لم الحاجة للعملية، ما المتوقع في حالة رفض العملية أو تأجيلها و كذلك توابع العملية حسب الحالة

العناية ما بعد العملية

متابعة الحالة سواءا كانت تحفظية أو بأجراء عملية مع الاخذ بنظر الاعتبار زوال الحالة، التماثل للشفاء و التوابع

Management:

Management plan is contemplated according to the condition ranging from conservative approach, minor surgical intervention using local anesthesia in the clinic, to major operation under general anesthetic.
